Geithner: We Are "Going To Be" Concerned About Deficits

In an effort to pretend that Obama is concerned about deficits, Timmy Geithner said the following:

“No one is going to be more concerned about future deficits than we are."

Tell me why they are not concerned today but instead they are "going to be" concerned at some point in the future. A poor choice of words or a tricky way of telling the truth? I don't have any doubt that it's the latter.
