Did John Kerry Blow Cover of CIA Agent?

In the Bolton confirmation hearings today, John Kerry may have done more than just give John Bolton a hard time. He may have done what he has accused Republicans of doing to CIA agent Valerie Plame - reveal the identity of an intelligence agent. During the testimony, Bolton and the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee referred to an agent they were discussing as "Mr. Smith."

"Did Otto Reich share his belief that Fulton Armstrong should be removed from his position? The answer is yes," Kerry said, characterizing one interview. "Did John Bolton share that view?" Kerry said, and then said the answer again was yes. "

As I said, I had lost confidence in Mr. Smith, and I conveyed that," Bolton replied evenly. "I thought that was the honest thing to do."

Just another reason I'm glad Kerry didn't win the election.

*Update*
Kerry is off the hook. Apparently the AP story was wrong - Fulton Armstrong's name was also mentioned in the press several times previously. Michelle Malkin has more. The MSM seems to be slow to this story.
