Manhunt On in Britain

The British are looking for Mohamed Guerbouzi, a Moroccan man who has been suspected of assisting in two previous attacks, including the bombing in Madrid.

The scary thing is that Morocco has had an international warrant for his arrest for previous terrorist attacks, but because Britain doesn't have an extradition treaty with Morocco, they let him live comfortably with his wife and kids in London.
