Clinton: EU Should Convict Cartoon Publishers

This weekend Bill Clinton urged European countries to convict the publishers of the infamous Muhammed cartoons. Condemning the cartoons is one thing, but to encourage legal convictions?

I'm not sure what law the publishers broke (perhaps a European "insensitivity crime" which I'm unaware), but I would love to hear from the media pundits what they think of Clinton's actions.
