Mass. Created its Own Health Care Mess

A report by the Council for Affordable Health Insurance shows how Massachusetts created its own health care mess by its excessive regulations. The result was that many health insurers stopped writing individual policies or discontinued marketing in the state. Unfortunately, Democrats think that if the government (meaning the collective taxpayer, of course) picks up the tab, then the problem is solved.
