Oil Executive Pony Show Concludes

Once again, Congress called on oil executives to testify on Capitol Hill for their annual dog and pony show. When asked why prices are so high, Robert Malone of BP America stated the obvious, "We need access to all kinds of energy supply," while also noting that 85% of coastal regions are off limits to development. It would have been nice to hear the oil executives scold Congress for their opposition to drilling anywhere new or building any new refineries.

Unfortunately, all three presidential candidates are blocking access to ANWR, which is the single largest undeveloped known source of oil in North America.
