Iraqi PM Disputes Report on Withdrawal Plan

Despite the glee with which the MSM is reporting that Iraqi PM al Maliki "backed a proposal" by Obama, he says it is simply not true.

But a spokesman for al-Maliki said his remarks "were misunderstood, mistranslated and not conveyed accurately."

The other absurdity being reported is that President Bush's Iraq plan is moving closer to Obama's. There's one huge distinction. Bush has always claimed that the U.S. will withdraw forces after we win; Obama has always claimed we can't win and we should withdraw forces anyway. A bit different, I think.
