Obama to "Create or Save" 2.5 Million Jobs

First, it was that Obama was to "create" 2.5 million new jobs next year. And all he has to do is spend somewhere around $1 trillion to do it.

But now he will only "create or save" 2.5 million jobs, meaning that it will be impossible for him to fail even if we lose jobs.
