$4 Billion for ACORN?

The pending spending bill looks like it contains goodies for everyone and everything - from abortion and contraceptives to billions for ACORN (excuse me, for "neighborhood stabilization activities)." I hope the GOP votes against the final bill so that it is perfectly clear who will get responsibility for this abomination.
