Parsons: The Wrong Man for the Citi Chairmanship

As banking expert and former Commerce Bank CEO Vernon Hill states, Dick Parsons might be one of the worst possible choices for Chairman of Citigroup. Not only is Parsons' business acumen seriously in doubt after his role in the Time Warner-AOL merger (Steve Case is still laughing about that fast one), but Parsons has also approved every dumb Citigroup move going back to the late 80s.

Citigroup shareholders must be asking, "yes, please...may I have another?!"
