Ten Bush Achievements

Fred Barnes at the Weekly Standard lays out 10 achievements for which President Bush should receive credit. I agree with most of these, although the one that I would undoubtedly add is Bush's 2003 tax cut reductions for all families, which spurred four years of very strong economic growth. (Yes, it will be ignored because of the mortgage fallout over the past year, but he has proven once again that tax cuts are not all created equal. The most recent rebate checks prove that.)
