Vatican Blocks Kennedy as Ambassador to Vatican

The Vatican has blocked (or strongly discouraged, since they can't technically prevent the U.S. from doing so) the appointment of pro-abortion ambassador nominee Caroline Kennedy. Apparently the Obama administration has already floated several nominees, but they are all pro-abortion and thus rejected by the Vatican.

I don't know if the vacancy to the Vatican will ever be filled - I'm not sure Obama knows any pro-life people.
