Dimon Criticizes TARP

Courtesy of bankstocks.com, Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan had some words about TARP yesterday. In fact, if you read what Dimon has said about it in recent months, he has had some criticism, but he basically deemed it necessary for the sake of our banking system. Thus, he credits government with acting

bravely and boldly in a very difficult environment.

Fair enough, but he goes on to criticize all of Obama's requirements that came with TARP. Some have criticized the executive comp requirement especially for a bank like JP Morgan who never needed the money anyway. Dimon went on to talk about the limits on hiring that Obama's administration has set for foreign H1-B workers. (Now banks are not allowed to hire foreigners). Dimon called this a:

complete and utter disgrace.

USA open to skilled foreigners? Think again. Obamanomics at its best.
