Biden: Stimulus "More Than We Had Hoped"

Joe Biden is expected to speak at the liberal think-tank Brookings Institution today, where he will say that the "stimulus" that was passed is doing "more than we had hoped."

Unfortunately, I believe him. Never let a crisis go to waste.
