Obama's Non-Tax, Fee Increase

Challenged by George Snufalufagus, Obama insisted that his health care "fee" increases on the uninsured were not actually tax increases - because Obama said so.

Heck, why not just call them tax cuts? Most of the media would be happy to go along...
