With today's decision by Obama to turn his back on Czech Republic and Poland, here is my standing count of the "improved ties" that Obama promised us:

Worsened ties (due to trade or foreign policy changes):

I might have missed a few, but you get the idea - we've upset our allies and appeased our enemies.
