Former FDIC Chair: TARP Made Things Worse

Bill Isaac, chairman of the FDIC during the Reagan administration, saw double digit inflation and thousands of bank failures. He disagrees that the latest financial crisis was the worse since the Great Depression and says that today's TARP program made things far worse than they should have been. He's right.
