Obama to Try to Save the Day
Well Obama will try a third time, campaigning for a candidate. He failed in Virginia and New Jersey. Now with Coakley down 4 points in a recent poll, he'll be coming to Mass to campaign.
Will this help or hurt Coakley? I actually think it will help her marginally, but it will also draw passionate voters out on Tuesday, and the most passionate voters do not want Obama's multi-trillion dollar healthcare socialization bill.
If Coakley wins on Tuesday, Obama will win his healthcare reform (which really means he loses in the long run). But if Coakley loses, Obama is toast. His reputation will have dropped below Coakley's. Will Boston be another Copenhagen for the Democratic Messiah? Kind of a lose lose situation as I see it.
