Man Cooks Friend's Brains

This story from This Is London is disturbing. Note how the story begins: “Lapses in mental health care allowed a convicted killer to butcher and eat a man in a London flat.” (It's not the killer’s fault, but the fault of mental health care lapses.) But the story does give us a couple of important lessons.

1) Despite the beliefs of some on the Left, not all prisoners can be reformed; some deserve to be locked up forever - or be put do death.

2) The justices of the Supreme Court should take this story into account when deciding cases about “global standards of decency.” Sometimes the foreign justice systems are completely wrong; this example of supposed decency caused several unnecessary deaths.
