Now for the Bad News in Lebanon

Thanks to American Thinker for the link to this story. Pro-Syrian Premier-Designate Omar Karami decided to reverse Lebanon's earlier rejection of international election monitors for its parliamentary elections in spring. Karami now welcomes a team headed by U.S. ex-President Jimmy Carter to monitor the elections.

After his experience in the elections in Dominican Republic, Haiti and Venezuela, Jimmy Carter is on the short list of nearly every tyrannical dictator to monitor elections. Sorry Lebanon.
