Frist to Use Constitutional Option

(Via Viking Pundit). Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) has reassured the GOP that Majority Leader Frist (R-TN) is committed to using the "nuclear consititutional" option to eliminate the Democratic filibuster on judicial nominees.
