Japan Institutes New Measures for Kyoto Treaty
In an effort to reduce emissions to comply with its Kyoto treaty obligations, Japan's public workers now show up casual to work for the summer. While not wearing a suit might be a pleasant side effect, offices are forced to raise the thermostat levels to 28 degrees C (82 F).
And fortunately for the Japanese, its government bureaucracy is willing to provide some helpful fashion tips:
