Castro's Katrina "Offer"

The media has made much of Fidel Castro's offer to send 1,600 Cuban doctors to the U.S. to help with the Katrina efforts. Like Hugo Chavez's offer of aid, this is nothing more than a way to aid Castro's propaganda machine. Babalu Blog has more.
