Capitol Building to Get New Lighting System

Folks, this is what we have to look forward to, regardless of who wins in November. In an effort to create more environmentally friendly lighting, Congress plans to spend nearly $1 million to redesign the existing lighting system.

Will it save costs? Even if the lighting costs were reduced to zero, it would take 45 years to recoup the taxpayers' money. Good thing they aren't focused on investment returns for our money.
