Congress: 9% Approval Ratings

The Democrat-led Congress has fallen to an all-time low of 9% approval. Reid and Pelosi are just trying to figure out how to blame President Bush for this one.

I hate to admit it, but I generally approve of their lack of getting anything done. Nothing is a lot better than their desired alternatives.
