Biden Deosn't Follow Mom's Advice

The quote of the night from Joe Biden's speech last night:

"When I was knocked down by kids who were bigger than me, she'd send me back out and say 'Bloody their nose so you can walk down the street the next day'."

This is strange. Biden and the Democrats' foreign policy is not to fight, but to negotiate and be diplomatic. When the U.S. gets bloodied, we are not supposed to fight but to talk. I guess Joe has not taken his mother's advice to heart yet.
