Dems Try to Force "No Drilling" Measure

If Congress does nothing, the moratorium on offshore oil drilling will expire September 30. To prevent that from happening, Pelosi & Co. are attaching a "no drilling" bill to a funding bill that allows the government to continue to operate (since Congress has yet to pass a budget). I just hope Bush isn't held hostage and vetoes the bill. Otherwise, it might be time to start buying oil futures again.
