Egyptian Scholar: More Iraqis Died in Clinton Administration

From Gateway Pundit. An Egyptian scholar said that more Iraqis actually died under the Clinton Administration than during the Bush Administration.

I'm guessing that if you exclude the militants who died trying to kill Americans, the numbers would be even more lopsided.
