Obama's FEMA: Does He Want White People to Die?

Rick Moran at The American Thinker asks the question that the media asked about Bush a few years back. Does Obama really hate white people that much that he wants them to die? If FEMA's response to the ice storms are any indication, the answer must be yes.

Once again, it's simply unrealistic to rely on the federal government for anything of importance (like being a first responder to a crisis) and that's not the purpose of the federal government. But I wonder why the Obama-as-non-responding-failure narrative isn't being followed by the media...
