Did Obama Cause More Hijackings?

The media has given Obama credit for the Navy SEAL rescue of an American hostage taken by Somali pirates. Now the pirates have taken four more ships. Given that the media and the Left blamed President Bush for worldwide terrorism, I think it's appropriate to ask the question the media would be asking of any Republican in such a position - is Obama to blame for the hijackings?
