Joke of the Day: Obama to Cut $100 Million

Obama has just outlined plans for $4 trillion in new spending in his budget. Now he calls a cabinet meeting to tell them that they need to cut $100 million from their budgets.

Unfortunately, this was no joke...$100 million. Now he will say he cut the fat from the budget...

Meanwhile, Obama asks for another $100 billion to give to the IMF (which has proven to be about as efficient as the UN)...
