NY Governor: Binghamton Shooting "Worst Tragedy in History of State"

NY Democrat Gov. Paterson said that the recent killings were the "worst tragedy and senseless crime in the history of the state."

Hmmm...I seem to remember something back in September 2001 - can't quite recall the details...
