Obama Caves to Radical Left: Open to Bush Prosecution

Obama gave into his Radical Left base and is now willing (or it's "up to the attorney general") to prosecute members of the Bush administration who might have instructed the CIA on harsh interrogation techniques.

I frankly hope Obama does try to prosecute Bush officials - not because they're guilty - but just because it will show the world how very radical Obama is to prosecute former officials who were entirely within the constitutional rights (per previous court opinions) simply for political fun. This would be a three-ring circus overreach that should destroy any ounce of credibility that Obama might have left.
