Russia Joins International Drilling Party Near Florida

Add Russia to the list of countries who will be drilling not far from the coast of Florida, courtesy of a deal with Cuba.

You have to hand it to the U.S. government and the environmentalists - tons of oil off our coast and we are letting China and Russia take it...and I'm sure they will be very worried if there are spills off of our coast. They must be laughing all the way to the bank.
