Obamacare Would Destroy Tort Reform On the Books

Texas was one of 30 states to pass tort malpractice reform that helped it reduce its premiums by as much as 50%. Obamacare would practically force states to eliminate those reforms. According to the WSJ, there are benefits to states that develop "alternative medical liability law" but only if the law "does not limit attorneys' fees or impose caps on damages."
