Obama has a magical jobs plan to create 3,000 jobs in the state of Illinois. He plans to shut down the prison at Gitmo and move them to Illinois.

Anyone with even a sense of economics understands that all this amounts to is taking extra taxpayer money which the government doesn't have and giving it to people in Illinois that Obama chooses (hence, no overall economic impact). No matter - Dick Durbin called the plan "a dream come true." Really.
