NFIB Index Down; Small Business "Scared to Death" of Obama
The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Index of Small Business Optimism was down 0.8 to 88.3 in November, showing that the outlook for small business is still bleak.
Interestingly, the head of the NFIB was on CNBC this morning and said that small businesses are "scared to death" of Obama's policies, including higher taxes and a health care takeover. Unsurprisingly, the NFIB was not invited to Obama's "jobs forum."
