Peters: Fort Hood Report "Shameful"

Col. Ralph Peters says that the Defense Department report on the Fort Hood shooting is "gutless and shameful" and doesn't explain why the massacre happened. Filled with political correctness, the report calls Hasan the "alleged perpetrator" and neglects to mention the word Muslim or Islam even once.
