Iraq Below 100,000 U.S. Troops

Joe Biden was right. The fact that U.S. troop involvement in Iraq is now below 100,000 shows that a democratic, representative and safe Iraq (well, at least compared to inner city Chicago, Detroit and Washington DC) will truly be the Obama administration's crowning achievement.
