Kagan Doesn't Like First or Second Amendments

Elena Kagan is Obama as a white woman. Already we knew that she has written papers claiming that the government needs to heavily regulate free speech. Now we learn that she also is not a fan of gun rights.

So she doesn't like the first two amendments to the Constitution. Maybe Senators should simply ask what parts of the Constitution she does like.
