Unconstitutional!

Obamacare is unconstitutional.

And besides that, it is terrible legislation. If the decision came last week, Obama probably would have bashed the judge for his decision...

I wonder if Obama will heed the judge's decision and cease and desist on the implementation, as this is basically an injunction from preventing the implementation unless overruled by the Supreme Court. If Obama does not, he would be creating a constitutional crisis by not heeding the decision of a federal judge. It will be interesting to see if Obama goes Chavez on Americans.
