36K New Jobs; Unemployment at 9.0%

Which statistic do you think Obama is more likely to emphasize - the 36K new jobs, or about 1/4 as much as expected, or that the unemployment dropped to 9.0%?

Of course, he will not mention that the drop is due to discouraged workers leaving the workforce, and that it is likely to get higher again before it gets lower.
