In an article this week, British researchers have reported the biggest waves ever recorded - some 98 feet in height from trough to peak.

The Royal Research Ship Discovery British scientists report observing some of the largest waves ever measured -- reportedly so big, some computer models indicate they shouldn't even exist.

Wait a second - aren't these never-fail "computer models" of the ecosystem the evidence Al Gore keeps citing to prove that the real threat to the world is not terrorism, but the environment? The models say that these waves shouldn't exist, yet they are certain that human activity is causing global warming. Just another reason to be at least somewhat skeptical.
