Lawsuite Targets Sarbanes-Oxley

Mallory Factor, a New York-based merchant bank, is suing to overturn Sarbanes-Oxley. Although it's unlikely that the firm will succeed, it has lined up some power behind it, including Kenneth Starr and the Free Enterprise Fund. Of course it would all be unnecessary if SEC Commish Christopher Cox had some common sense and re-examined the onerous requirements of SOX himself.
