Annan Jumping the Gun on Israel Again?

Kofi Annan is "deeply disturbed" by the killing of several Palestinian civilians, allegedly committed by Israeli forces. But as the NY Sun points out, Annan is relying on less-than-reliable press photographs for his information.

The IDF claims that every artillery shell has been accounted for, and one did not land where the deaths occurred, but that doesn't matter to the UN or to Hamas.
