Black Caucus Opposes "Jefferson Treatment"

Although Rep. William Jefferson (D-LA) was found with $90k cash in his freezer and have two people admitting to bribing the Democratic Congressman, the Congressional Black Caucus says he should be entitled to a "presumption of innocence."

As is usually the case, the Democrat refuses to resign. You need to be in the GOP or military in order to receive the presumption of guilt.
