Kudlow on Lower Taxes

Larry Kudlow gives us a brief history of the Laffer Curve (when tax rates are cut from a certain level, government revenue increases). Yet he can't figure out why Democrats refuse to pay attention to the obvious historical examples: the 1920s, 1960s, 1980s, mid-1990s and 2000s all show what happens when you reduce taxes.
