Marine May Call Murtha to Testify

This would be an amusing development if it is true. A criminal defense attorney for Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich, one of the marines accused of atrocities at Haditha, said that one of the first witnesses he will call to take the stand would be Congressman Jack Murtha, who has already convicted the Marines in public. The attorney will ask Murtha how he determined that the Marines killed civilians in "cold blood."
