Half of Mexicans Reject Central American Immigrants

This is interesting. (link via Instapundit) Only 5% of Mexicans are in favor of increased immigration (compared to 17% in the US), while 51% of Mexicans want less immigration from Central America (vs 39% in the US).

I'm certainly in the minority of Americans (at least according to this poll), who are actually in favor of more immigrants. I believe in legal immigration, but I also believe that legal immigration is soooo difficult to the US, that it's completely unreasonable and in fact, almost impossible these days. Just ask most of our business leaders. We need to reform this.

At the same time, my point is that hypocrisy is pretty common these days.
