No More "Outsourcing of Jobs?"

When companies began using foreign countries like China and India to become more cost effective, it was "all Bush's fault" that we were losing jobs. Now, Bush might face accusations of imperialism, as this NYTimes article points out. Americans are increasing finding themselves taking jobs of foreigners.
